Angus Footman founded Park Lane Farms Inc, which was subsequently acquired by Canopy Growth Corp in 2014. Park Lane (later known as Tweed Farms) was the first and largest legal producer of cannabis in a 350,000 SF greenhouse. In 2018, Angus assumed leadership of Canopy Animal Health, a leader in animal cannabinoid research. Previously, Angus held executive and board roles in technology, engineering and natural resources firms. He has a degree in business from the University of Guelph. Angus lives with his partner, 2 children and countless animals on their farm in Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Dessureault has had an extensive pharmaceutical career including significant experience in life sciences, over-the-counter, natural health, and technology industries. He held an international role with Novartis, as a Global Marketing Division Head based in Basel, Switzerland, and domestic senior executive roles as President and General Manager of Valeant Pharmaceutical Inc., Vice-President at Bristol Myer-Squibb and Business Unit Head and General Manager at Novartis Canada.

Mr. Dufourmantelle joins TGOD after an already distinguished career in various leadership roles across Cannabis, advisory and Consumer Goods. Mr. Dufourmantelle is the Co-Founder & President Galaxie Brands and previously held roles as COO of Canopy Growth and Canopy Rivers. He has also held roles at McKinsey & Co, and Michelin. Mr. Dufourmantelle has a degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill, and holds an MBA from the Harvard School of Business. In addition he is also a Certified Prof Engineer.

With over 20 years of financial services experience, Mr. Sterling is a private investor targeting small-cap public equities and select fast-growth private companies, particularly in the health and wellness space. Mr. Sterling is passionate about identifying emerging business opportunities and working alongside management teams to help companies grow and scale. Previous work experience includes investment banking at Goldman Sachs & Co., middle-market private equity at Lincolnshire Management, and fin-tech at BondFactor. Mr. Sterling graduated from Harvard Law School, Harvard Business School with Honors, and Howard University as valedictorian.

Mr. Schnarr is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience across a range of industries including founding, managing, and advising growth companies with respect to strategy, corporate finance, sales and marketing, operations, corporate development, M&A, and governance, both in the private and public realm. Mr. Schnarr’s Board experience spans 10 public and 3 private companies, including TSXV, TSX, and NYSE listed companies. Mr. Schnarr has extensive Board committee experience, including Audit (Chair) and Governance and Compensation (Chair). Mr. Schnarr is currently Chairman of Vitalhub Corp. (TSX:VHI) and Lead Director of Highmark Innovations (TSXV:HMRK). His industry experience includes cannabis, healthcare, software, communications, agriculture & food, NHP/OTC/CPG, and pharma/biotech. Mr. Schnarr is a graduate of the Director’s Education Program at Rotman School of Business and holds the ICD.D designation.

Tony Moschella has served as Executive Vice President of BZAM Management Inc. since its inception and has helped guide its growth. He has over 25 years of experience in economic development, specializing in defining corporate strategies, real estate acquisitions, and risk management. Tony has worked and advised in private and family-owned businesses across a variety of industries and has experience in the diplomatic and governmental sector. He earned his BSc in Finance, Real Estate, Law with a Minor in Economics from California Polytechnic University, Pomona (USA).

Keith Merker is an established entrepreneur and executive who has a track record of building and advising successful businesses as the founder of Riptide Advisory. As a pioneer in the cannabis industry, he developed one of the first licensed cannabis companies in Canada in 2014, into a multi-site public company, where he served as CFO, director, and ultimately CEO until 2020. Prior to this, Keith spent more than 15 years in investment banking, advisory and entrepreneurial leadership roles. Keith earned his BSc in Biology from the University of British Columbia in 1998 and received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2007.
