Sweet and Spicy Toasted Nuts

SERVES 2 | 10 MINS | 5 mg THC and 5 mg CBD/serving

3 cups of your choice of mixed raw, unsalted nuts (raw almonds, raw cashews, raw pecans, hazelnuts, macadamias and brazil nuts)
1 egg white
¼ tsp cayenne
¼ tsp cumin
1½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp sea salt
½ cup brown sugar
4 Sachets of Ripple Balanced

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine spices, sugar, salt and Ripple in a small bowl, mix until even.

In a separate large bowl, whisk egg white with 1 tsp water for 1 minute until frothy, add nuts to large bowl and toss until coated. Add spiced Ripple mix and toss until coated.

Spread nuts onto lined baking sheet.

Bake for 8 minutes until nuts smell lightly toasted, stir and flip nuts with spatula and bake for another 8 minutes.

Let cool completely before wrapping in small mason jars for gifting or get snacking solo!
